BATTERIES:

Test battery voltage & capacity for each battery

   •    Inspect battery cables and connections for corrosion or looseness

   •    Clean and tighten terminals; apply anti-corrosion coating

   •    Check water levels in lead-acid batteries and top off with distilled water if needed

   •    Inspect charger operation and charging receptacle

•    •    Motor and controller inspection for unusual noises or overheating signs

General (Both Gas & Electric)

   •    Complete inspection of body, frame, and undercarriage for cracks, rust, or loose parts

   •    Check and tighten all bolts, fasteners, and mounts

   •    Lubricate steering, suspension, and moving parts

   •    Inspect tires for wear, cracks, proper pressure, and adjust as needed

   •    Check brakes (pads, drums, cables, hydraulic fluid if applicable) and adjust or replace if worn

   •    Steering alignment check

   •    Test lights, horn, and accessories for proper function

   •    Clean and protect battery tray/frame to prevent corrosion
